Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a BIM Technician II to create and modify 2D/3D documents for electrical and specialty systems from concept to installation. You will collaborate with the BIM support lead, coordinate with project teams, and ensure modeling meets contractual expectations.

Qualifications include a BS in Construction Management or BIM Technology and 3–5 years BIM experience (8 years trade preferred). Travel 5–10% and a 7 AM–5 PM schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or BIM Technology).
• 8 years of trade experience or 3–5 years BIM experience." Travel 5-10%.
• Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Mon–Fri; variability to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Conform to BIM Technician 1 expectations and standards.
• Provide feedback on standards and processes.
• Lead smaller scopes of work within a project.
• Run clash detection and manage clash reports.
• Mentor BIM Technician 1 team members.
• Coordinate with project teams and read specifications for modeling.
