The Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC) seeks a BIM Technical Manager to lead State BIM standards, deliverable review, and digital facility information strategy. You will evaluate BIM deliverables from external teams against state requirements and steward OHIOBIMS across seven state agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, GIS, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and evolve OFCC BIM Standards, BEP templates, METs, and AIRs.
• Lead the BIM Implementation Steering Committee and track 15-year roadmap milestones.
• Develop and manage annual program budgets, contracts, and technology licensing.
• Review BEPs for compliance with OHIOBIMS.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews at 30%, 60%, 90%, and turnover milestones, validating LOD/LOI and asset data.
• Coordinate cross-agency BIM guidance for seven state agencies.
• Configure and manage the enterprise CDE (Autodesk ConstructionCloud or equivalent).
• Evaluate BIM technology platforms and automated model-checking tools.
• Plan statewide BIM training workshops and a BIM Summit for staff and industry.
• Advise on BIM contracts, scope, and MALD framework.
