Job summary

Array Architects is seeking a senior BIM leader to guide the development and adoption of a multi-office BIM strategy. You will lead BIM managers across offices, explore emerging technologies, and coordinate across design and construction partners to ensure seamless model exchange and project success.

The role requires extensive Revit experience, strong leadership, and a drive to advance firm-wide BIM standards, templates, and training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture preferred.
• Approximately 10 years leading project teams using Revit to produce construction documents.
• 3 years of BIM leadership/management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, E-Spec, SketchUp, Navisworks, Newforma, SharePoint and related tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a multi-office BIM strategy.
• Provide leadership to Project BIM Managers across offices.
• Research emerging technologies to advance firm-wide BIM practices.
• Assist project teams to integrate BIM with design and construction partners.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams in cross-discipline coordination and systems integration.
• Develop firm-wide BIM templates and standards; manage program updates.
• Support IT and leadership on hardware/software requirements for BIM.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff on Revit and related tools.
