Key tasks include maintaining Revit families and templates, enforcing QA/QC procedures, and coordinating with architects and consultants under deadlines. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience supporting BIM in a medium to large sized firm.
• BA or BS in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or Interior Design.
• Experience with BIM execution plans and office standards.
• Familiarity with Revit environments, standards, and QA/QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide BIM/OOT support to project teams and staff in a fast-paced setting.
• Develop and enforce BIM standards, templates, and libraries.
• Train staff and improve project delivery through BIM processes.
• Troubleshoot Revit environments and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure coordination.
• Maintain model performance and manage work sharing and cloud collaboration.
