Job summary

ICON Technology Group in Austin, TX is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support development, implementation, and governance of company-wide BIM standards and digital design workflows. You will work with the BIM Manager, performing hands-on Revit support, template and content management, project setup, and documentation.

As a BIM Coordinator, you will lead model QA/QC, coordinate across architectural, engineering, and construction teams, and help refine workflows with Dynamo or Python automation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of BIM/Revit experience in AEC contexts.
• Hands-on Revit, templates, and shared parameters.
• Experience developing BIM standards and project setup.
• Model QA/QC and issue troubleshooting.
• Effective documentation and cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ICON BIM standards and procedures.
• Support BEP framework and Revit template governance.
• Audit, organize, and maintain Revit family libraries.
• Own project startup configuration and model health reviews.
• Create training materials and support BIM onboarding.
• Identify automation opportunities with Dynamo/Python.
