Job summary

LVI Associates client, a respected and growing architecture firm, is seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to lead BIM standards, Revit implementation, and team development across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.

You will develop and maintain firmwide Revit standards, configure BIM 360 environments, create BEPs, and oversee file exchanges with consultants and clients. The role emphasizes mentoring staff, optimizing workflows, and promoting a collaborative, technology-driven culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of dedicated BIM Management or BIM Coordination experience.
  • Strong background supporting commercial architecture projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit, including families, parameters, worksets, linked models, phasing, and model management.
  • Expertise with BIM 360 administration, collaboration tools, permissions, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Dynamo, pyRevit, or similar platforms is highly desirable.

  • Promote a collaborative, technology-driven culture focused on continuous improvement.
