Job summary

ICON is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support the development, implementation, and governance of company-wide BIM standards and workflows. The role combines hands-on Revit support, standards development, model QA/QC, content management, project setup, documentation, training, and workflow improvement.

The ideal candidate is a strong Revit user who understands structuring BIM data, templates, and project workflows across multiple teams.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of professional BIM/Revit experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or related environments.
Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
Experience supporting BIM standards and project setup.
Strong documentation and organizational skills for BIM processes.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to designers at varying BIM levels.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement ICON BIM standards and BEP framework.
Maintain Revit template, shared parameters, and data standards.
Audit and modify Revit families; manage centralized content library.
Own project startup configuration, model structure, and BIM setup.
Conduct periodic model health reviews for standards compliance and data quality.
Support BIM onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing.
Identify automation opportunities with Dynamo/Python and improve workflows.
