Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in BIM or construction
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, AutoCAD; Tekla/Advanced Steel preferred
• Strong understanding of construction documents and print reading
• Ability to interpret engineering markups and sketches
• Attention to detail with quality focus
• Strong teamwork and communication in multidisciplinary environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, PMs, and BIM team to ensure task completion
• Respond to deadlines and establish scope, hours, and deliverables
• Draft project documents and manage BIM coordination
• Develop 3D content in Revit under supervision and update models
• Promote BIM best practices and maintain modeling standards
