Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a BIM Professional in Portland, OR to join our Engineering and Design team. In this role you will provide Revit-based BIM documentation for structural projects, translate concepts into coordinated drawings, manage Revit families and collaborate with project leaders.

You will support modeling, 3D/2D drafting, and maintain company BIM standards while coordinating with engineers and the BIM team to resolve conflicts and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in BIM or construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3D content in Revit from markups, under supervision.
• Perform 2D and 3D drafting in Revit.
• Update backgrounds and models per project schedule.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit for modeling.
• Maintain BIM standards and project documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, BIM team and project leaders.
• Meet deadlines while coordinating multiple projects.
