Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture.
• 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling, BIM coordination, or scan‑to‑BIM workflows.
• Strong experience with Revit and BIM modeling.
• Experience with point clouds and validating BIM models against reality capture data.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, building elements, levels, grids, and MEP/structural coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review BIM models created from point clouds and validate them against source data.
• Check model accuracy, completeness, geometry quality, labeling, and LOD.
• Identify missing, misaligned, duplicated, or incorrectly modeled elements.
• Compare BIM models against point clouds, drawings, and site documentation.
• Prepare QA/QC reports with actionable feedback for modelers.
• Ensure models follow BIM standards, guidelines, and delivery requirements.
