Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling, BIM coordination, or scan-to-BIM workflows.
• Strong experience with Revit and BIM technologies.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review BIM models from point clouds and validate against source data.
• Ensure BIM models meet project-specific standards.
• Identify and report on modeling issues in QA/QC processes.
