Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline with 2+ years of professional software QA, test engineering, or data validation experience.
• Demonstrated experience testing, troubleshooting, and validating complex software systems or data processing pipelines.
• Hands-on proficiency with UI/UX automation and testing tools (e.g., TestComplete, Selenium, PostHog).
• Exceptional organizational skills with a systematic approach to defect tracking, root-cause analysis, and technical documentation.
• Strong accountability and confidence to delay releases if criteria are unmet.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to bridge gaps between technical teams and product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own QA for all software releases, ensuring robust performance and mitigating regressions prior to deployment.
• Conduct manual testing and engineer automated testing frameworks to validate complex UI workflows and software functionality.
• Document and triage defects in Jira with reproducible test cases and precise context.
• Develop lightweight scripts and automation tools to streamline testing pipelines and release processes.
• Establish standards for software reliability, performance, and user experience.
• Own end-to-end data quality and delivery, ensuring platform outputs meet accuracy and formatting standards before handoff.
• Inspect and verify 3D spatial data, point cloud processing, and BIM model comparisons within the platform.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to resolve data-related anomalies and improve data delivery pipelines.
