Job summary

Prime Electric is seeking a BIM Coordinator in Bellevue, WA to manage the BIM execution plans for commercial construction projects. You will ensure that project teams adhere to client's BIM guidelines and that models conform to data requirements.

Qualifications

• Two to three years’ experience as a Trade Coordinator.
• Two to three years’ experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities dealing with Owners, Architects, Subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage the BIM plan for assigned projects.
• Lead and oversee subcontractor outsourcing decisions.
• Track project coordination issues and communicate with stakeholders.
