Job summary

FacadeToday seeks a BIM Modeler to join its on-site engineering team in the Greater Charlotte, NC area. You will create, coordinate, and maintain BIM models using Revit and Navisworks across the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to BIM standards and effective collaboration with engineers and project teams.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in Revit, Navisworks experience, and a solid understanding of ANSI drafting standards, with strong communication and teamwork skills to support complex

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience using Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination workflows.
• Working knowledge of ANSI drafting standards.
• Understanding of electrical construction or electrical design preferred.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• Associate degree or related CAD/electrical coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Set up new project models per BIM standards.
• Perform model quality control and resolve conflicts.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection.
• Generate project deliverables, drawings, and outputs as needed.
• Provide technical BIM support to project teams.
• Assist BIM Manager in improving modeling standards and workflows.
• Ensure models remain accurate and coordinated with project requirements.
