Job summary

Verigent in Las Vegas, NV seeks a BIM Modeler I/II to lead modeling efforts for project delivery and standards. The role covers drawings, model quality, and coordination files for complex projects.

The position requires guiding staff, managing models and schedules, and ensuring adherence to REI BIM standards. You will collaborate with multiple departments, supervise marked-up drawings in Revit, and uphold confidentiality and IP protections.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with REI BIM processes, procedures and standards.
• Fluency in reading 2D plans and schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the modeling and documentation of projects.
• Provide effective verbal and written direction to support staff.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects including project models, progress, and impacts on scope/schedule/budget.
• Create and maintain Electrical Revit models using backgrounds from other trades following REI standards.
• Work with a diverse team across multiple departments and disciplines.
• Supervise the layout and input of marked-up drawings into Revit per REI standards.
• Respect REI confidentiality and protect Proprietary information.
