Job summary

ECC is looking for a qualified BIM Modeler in Tamuning, Guam. This role involves creating, coordinating, and managing high-quality Building Information Models for various federal and industrial projects. The candidate will develop detailed architectural, structural, and MEP models while ensuring compliance with federal standards.

Qualifications

• Five (5) to ten (10) years of hands-on BIM modeling experience.
• Minimum one (1) to two (2) years supporting federal projects.
• U.S. Citizenship or ability to obtain legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage data-rich BIM content for project requirements.
• Develop and maintain high-quality 3D models using BIM software.
• Perform clash detection and constructability reviews.
