Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years practical construction experience.
• Able to plan and organize tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Administer prime contract and subcontractors for the project.
• Detail using AutoCAD for field use including shop drawings.
• Review Subcontractors and vendors shop drawings for conformance.
• Update RFIs electronically into Drawings and Specs.
• Maintain electronic as-built drawings for submission.
• Assist QC Manager with project reports and meeting documentation.

Skills

Basic estimating and scheduling skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to read and understand plans and specifications

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
