Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to coordinate and maintain Revit models for multifamily and luxury residential projects, with emphasis on concrete and structural steel construction. You will work with designers, engineers, and field teams to resolve clashes and ensure constructible models.

The role requires strong Revit/BIM skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with third‑party consultants while supporting field planning and sequencing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of BIM and/or Revit experience in AEC.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Experience coordinating models from architects/engineers/consultants.
• Ability to read architectural/structural/MEP docs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Revit models from third‑party teams.
• Maintain coordinated project models through design and construction.
• Incorporate revisions and field data into BIM models.
• Perform multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection.
