Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to support coordination and modeling for multifamily, mixed-use, and luxury residential projects with a heavy emphasis on concrete and structural construction. You will coordinate Revit models produced by third parties, perform clash detection, and incorporate approved solutions throughout design and construction.

A strong focus on concrete erection and construction models will guide your daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of BIM and/or Revit experience in A/E/C fields.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Experience modifying and coordinating models from architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, civil, and MEP docs.
• Identify discrepancies between BIM models, drawings, specs, and field conditions.
• Update models based on RFIs, revisions, coordination decisions, and field info.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, models, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and coordinate Revit models from multiple sources.
• Maintain coordinated project models through design and construction.
• Incorporate revisions, RFIs, and field conditions into BIM models.
• Perform multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection across disciplines.
• Identify conflicts and track coordination items through resolution.
• Communicate model conflicts and required revisions clearly.
• Maintain accurate model files, revisions, and documentation.
• Support field teams with model information and visualization.
• Assist with model-based quantity takeoffs and analyses.
• Identify opportunities to improve BIM standards, workflows, and tech.
