Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to support BIM coordination and modeling across multifamily, mixed-use, and luxury residential projects in Scottsdale. The role focuses on concrete and structural steel, coordinating Revit models from third-party architects and engineers, and resolving clashes to enable constructability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of BIM and/or Revit experience in AEC fields.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Experience coordinating models from architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, civil, and MEP docs.
• Identify discrepancies between BIM models and field conditions.
• Experience updating models based on RFIs and revisions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and coordinate Revit models from multiple sources.
• Maintain coordinated project models through design and construction.
• Incorporate revisions, RFIs, and field changes into BIM models.
• Perform multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection.
• Identify conflicts and discrepancies with construction documents.
• Track clashes through final resolution with project team.
• Support field teams with model information and visualization.
