Job summary

Rize Network in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to support design coordination and construction modeling for mid-rise multifamily developments and luxury single-family homes. This hands-on role focuses on concrete and structural steel, working with Revit models from architects, engineers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Four+ years BIM or Revit experience in AEC.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, MEP drawings.
• Experience updating models with design revisions and RFIs.
• Detail-oriented with good coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and coordinate Revit models from architects, engineers, contractors.
• Maintain accurate project models through design and construction.
• Incorporate revisions, RFIs, field changes into BIM models.
• Perform multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection across models.
• Identify constructability concerns and discrepancies among models and field conditions.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, PM, and field teams to resolve issues.
• Support development of concrete erection and other construction models.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and track open items.
• Assist with quantity takeoffs and construction analyses.
• Support improvements to BIM standards and processes.
• Manage modeling across multiple projects and deadlines.
