Rize Network in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to support design coordination and construction modeling for mid-rise multifamily developments and luxury single-family homes. Qualifications

• Four+ years BIM or Revit experience in AEC.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, MEP drawings.
• Experience updating models with design revisions and RFIs.
• Detail-oriented with good coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and coordinate Revit models from architects, engineers, contractors.
• Maintain accurate project models through design and construction.
• Incorporate revisions, RFIs, field changes into BIM models.
• Perform multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection across models.
• Identify constructability concerns and discrepancies among models and field conditions.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, PM, and field teams to resolve issues.
• Support development of concrete erection and other construction models.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and track open items.
• Assist with quantity takeoffs and construction analyses.
• Support improvements to BIM standards and processes.
• Manage modeling across multiple projects and deadlines.

Salary Range: $85,000–$75,000 annually (DOE, Open for right fit)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to support design coordination and construction modeling for mid-rise multifamily developments and luxury single-family homes. These projects primarily involve concrete and structural steel construction. This is a hands-on construction-focused BIM position. The BIM Modeler will work with Revit models provided by architects, engineers, and specialty consultants while supporting internal design and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, organize, and coordinate Revit models provided by architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty consultants
• Maintain accurate project models throughout the design and construction phases
• Incorporate approved design revisions, RFIs, field changes, and other project updates into BIM models
• Perform multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection across architectural, structural, MEP, and specialty-trade models
• Identify constructability concerns, modeling conflicts, and discrepancies between models, construction documents, and field conditions
• Coordinate with design, engineering, project management, and field teams to resolve model-related issues
• Support the development of concrete erection models and other construction-specific models
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clearly communicate required revisions
• Track open coordination items and verify that approved solutions are accurately incorporated
• Assist with model-based quantity takeoffs and construction analyses when required
• Support improvements to BIM standards, processes, templates, and construction technology
• Manage modeling responsibilities across multiple projects and competing deadlines

Required Qualifications

• At least four years of BIM or Revit experience within architecture, engineering, construction, or a related industry
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit
• Experience reviewing and modifying models created by third-party architects, engineers, consultants, or contractors
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP construction documents
• Ability to identify discrepancies between BIM models, drawings, specifications, and field conditions
• Experience updating models based on design revisions, RFIs, coordination decisions, and field information
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and document-control practices
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Must currently live within commuting distance of Scottsdale, Arizona

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multifamily, luxury residential, or commercial construction projects
• Experience modeling concrete or structural steel systems
• Background with a general contractor, developer, home builder, or design-build organization
• Experience coordinating architectural, structural, MEP, and specialty-trade models
• Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Navisworks, or similar collaboration and clash-detection platforms
• Understanding of construction methods, sequencing, logistics, and constructability
• Experience preparing concrete erection or construction sequencing models
• Experience producing model-based quantity takeoffs
