E Tech Group is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeler to support BAS design and coordination in commercial, industrial, and institutional builds. You will develop 3D BIM models in Revit and coordinate with architects, engineers, and controls teams to ensure accurate integration of controls and HVAC systems.
You will generate detailed shop drawings and schematics, update models through milestones, and support data linking between Revit and external databases.

In this role, you will develop 3D models and coordinated BIM drawings using Autodesk Revit and other tools to support the integration of controls systems, HVAC devices, sensors, and low-voltage infrastructure as part of a system integrator team.
