In this pivotal role, you will engage in the modeling of diverse equipment utilized within semiconductor manufacturing facilities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with our esteemed clientele in the United States, delivering vital engineering projects within a fast-paced environment. It is worth noting that multiple job openings with identical titles are currently available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems in Revit 3D/2D and AutoCAD according to project requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and refine layout plans for buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Utilize BIM technology to create detailed spatial arrangements and optimize the overall design.
• Integrate equipment space planning seamlessly into the overall BIM model.
• Work closely with stakeholders to plan and allocate space for various equipment within buildings or factories.
• Utilize AutoCAD to strategically place equipment within the factory or building layout.
• Ensure accurate representation of equipment placement in both 2D and 3D models.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design options to optimize the design process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
• Generate and maintain engineering documentation, including bills of materials (BOMs), assembly drawings, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with customers on understanding the project requirements and regularly adjust design as per customer requirement.
• Update and enhance current drawing and models to meet the latest industry standards including US guidelines.
• Manage and maintain the Revit Models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately reflect changes.
• Develop and implement Dynamo script to automate repetitive tasks will be an added advantage.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide input based on the BIM model.
• Conduct regular quality checks on the BIM model to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor’s or master's in construction, Civil, Structural or Electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of fluid mechanics, HVAC, machine design, electrical power systems, structural, civil architecture and modeling.
• 1-3 Years of experience in Revit 3D/2D and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication (verbal/written/oral) in English and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Working Model

• This role will be an onsite role.
