HDR is seeking a BIM Model Manager to lead digital delivery for complex projects in Chicago. You will manage model environments, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and drive the Digital Delivery Plan across project lifecycles.
Responsibilities include initiating projects, maintaining model health, and providing technical support to production teams. A technical degree with BIM experience is required, along with strong communication and client service skills.

The BES team in the downtown Chicago Office is a talented group who are welcoming and excited to grow. The team is young and self‑motivated and will benefit greatly from having more talented BIM Model Coordinators to lead and mentor them on Revit management requirements and assist with project delivery.
