Job summary

American International Contractors (Special Projects), Inc. (AICI-SP) seeks a BIM Manager to develop and manage the project BEP, coordinating with subcontractors and the client’s AE under a BIM-enabled on-site program.

The role emphasizes on-site coordination, 3D modeling, and coordination meetings. The BIM Manager will oversee Coordination Logs, submittals, and coordination drawings across architectural, structural, mechanical, and other disciplines, ensuring timely delivery on secure OCONUS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Structural or MEP Engineering, Construction Management
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
• Minimum five years in construction projects and BIM management experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
• Coordinate meetings and maintain coordination logs
• Produce coordination drawings for multiple trades
• Lead on-site BIM coordination with subs and clients
• Oversee 3D modeling of site/building systems and utilities
• Coordinate with Subcontractors and project team to meet BEP goals
