Job summary

Kimley-Horn’s Fort Worth, Texas office is seeking a Revit Operator or Designer with 8+ years of experience to join our Water/Wastewater team. The role focuses on drafting, BIM coordination, and technical drawing development for substantial projects.

You will supervise Revit staff, mentor teammates, and ensure quality control while collaborating with project teams. This position emphasizes independent work and strong communication in a dynamic engineering environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in engineering design and BIM/CAD software.
• Ability to set up and manage printing/plotting settings.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk or Bentley products.
• Strong work ethic, interpersonal communication/writing skills and desire to learn.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Willingness to mentor and teach others.
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starter.
