This role requires strong Autodesk expertise and hands-on support for software, along with the ability to mentor junior staff. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of AEC industry experience. This position offers a competitive compensation range from $130,962.60 to $149,671.54 and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AEC industry with strong focus on BIM management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, QA/QC processes, and digital delivery best practices.
