Job summary

Verigent is seeking a BIM Modeler in Las Vegas to lead modeling and documentation efforts across projects in accordance with REI standards. The role involves supervising the production team, ensuring model quality, and coordinating files for deliverables.

The candidate should be skilled in Revit, BIM workflows, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration, with strong written and verbal communication. This permanent position requires leadership and attention to confidentiality and IP protection.

Qualifications

• Leads modeling and documentation for projects.
• Reads 2D plans and understands schedules.
• Proficient in Revit workflows and BIM standards.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Experience with REI standards is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the modeling and documentation of projects.
• Provide effective verbal and written direction to support staff.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects including models, progress, and impacts on scope/schedule/budget.
• Create and maintain Electrical Revit models per REI standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse team across departments and disciplines.
• Supervise input of marked drawings into Revit per REI standards.
• Adhere to confidentiality and protect proprietary information.
