Job summary

NV2A Group is seeking a BIM Manager in Miami to lead modeling, documentation, and BIM planning for multiple disciplines. You will manage a team of production professionals, provide technical leadership, and drive BIM transformation across projects from design through construction documentation.

The ideal candidate has deep REVIT/CAD experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to mentor staff. This on-site role offers growth within a MasTec family project portfolio in South Florida.

Qualifications

• Architectural degree plus 4+ years of experience.
• 4 years’ experience substituted for a degree.
• Experience with Autodesk products listed.
• Experience on mission critical or data center projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/CAD delivery and model management.
• Create initial Revit project setups and workflows.
• Provide BIM/CAD training and mentorship.
• Coordinate BIM across architecture, MEP, and structural teams.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution.
• Ensure BIM models reflect design intent during CD phase.
