Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in architectural, engineering, or construction (AEC).
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent craft experience required.
• Experience delivering large, complex projects preferred.
• Strong BIM/VDC workflow knowledge across project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage LOD 400 fabrication-quality 3D models.
• Produce accurate shop drawings for field use.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with project teams and external firms.
• Support field coordination and constructability reviews.
