Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in architectural, engineering or construction (AEC) industry.
• Experience delivering large, complex projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent craft level work experience.
• On-site position in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage LOD 400 fabrication-quality 3D models across assigned self-perform scopes.
• Produce accurate shop drawings for field use from design documents.
• Manage 3D models to support quantity take-offs and material tracking.
• Collaborate with field crews to deliver visualizations and validate constructability.
• Review schedule and develop logistics plans and 4D exhibits for coordination.
• Lead coordination meetings between project team and third-party modeling firms.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors.
• Provide updates on VDC activities and upcoming deliverables.
