Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree or certificate program in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with BIM-related software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update 3D BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Run clash detection to support multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Prepare renderings and technical drawings for project deliverables.
