Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a CAD Designer/Detailer to model and detail mechanical piping systems using AutoCAD, Revit and related BIM tools. You will coordinate with design and field teams, manage updates, and prepare drawings for fabrication and installation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the mechanical piping and process pipe trade or 5+ years BIM experience using Revit, CAD MEP, Navisworks.
• Ability to multi-task, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work on site or remotely for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Generate mechanical pipe models using project specs, drawings and models.
• Incorporate updates to drawings, models, specifications and submittals.
• Collaborate with build/design teams to avoid design-related construction errors.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Create spools, prefabrication drawings, site maps, and control documentation.
