Job summary

SNIPEBRIDGE is recruiting a BIM Specialist to coordinate and optimize data center design using BIM. You will develop and audit models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, lead clash reviews, and set standards to ensure smooth project delivery.

You’ll work with Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, mentoring teams and improving digital-delivery workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BIM coordination experience in building design or construction.
• Clear communication and ability to support users with different BIM levels.
• 3+ years of BIM production or coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and audit coordinated BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems
• Run clash detection, lead coordination reviews, and track issues through resolution
• Establish project templates, naming standards, model-health practices, and execution-plan requirements
• Manage model federation, file exchanges, permissions, and common data environment workflows
• Create families, views, schedules, and model-based deliverables that support design and construction teams
• Support teams using Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and related coordination tools
• Perform quality‑control checks for geometry, metadata, coordinates, and deliverable readiness
• Train project users and help improve repeatable digital-delivery workflows

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of BIM production or coordination experience in building design or construction
• Advanced Revit and Navisworks skills; Autodesk Construction Cloud experience preferred
• Understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination
• Experience with model federation, clash workflows, shared coordinates, and BIM execution plans
• Dynamo, scripting, reality-capture, or model-automation experience is a plus
• Clear communication skills and the ability to support users with different levels of BIM experience
