Job summary

Clear. is seeking a BIM Engineer to support design, coordination and delivery of complex data center projects. You will develop and maintain BIM models, create detailed Revit models and construction documents, and coordinate MEP, structural and architectural models.

Role requires experience in data centers or mission-critical environments, knowledge of ACC/BIM 360, and strong communication to drive issue resolution and field coordination.

Qualifications

• Professional BIM experience in data centers or mission-critical environments.
• Experience with MEP coordination and clash detection.
• Familiarity with ACC / BIM 360 and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for large-scale data center projects.
• Create and manage detailed Revit models and construction documents.
• Coordinate MEP, structural and architectural models.
• Use Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and maintain model standards.
• Manage model updates throughout the project lifecycle.
