Job summary

Kimley-Horn’s St. Paul, MN office is seeking a Structural Revit Technician for our nationally focused Building Structures team. You will work on BIM-driven projects across manufacturing facilities and parking structures, developing Revit drawings and coordinating with teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and delivering high-quality structural designs with Revit and related tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using Revit (bonus for Revit Structural)
• 1+ years of experience
• General understanding of AutoCAD (experience preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and Bluebeam software
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to manage tasks and deadlines effectively

Responsibilities

• Structural design/drafting assignments requiring working knowledge of structural design/drafting standards and practices, techniques in building structural, site structural, and structural elements in concrete, masonry, steel, and wood
• Develop technical drawings and plans using Revit
• May train and mentor CAD staff
• Coordinates work activities to maintain schedules and ensure quality control
• Develop familiarity with Kimley-Horn’s practices, procedures, and standards
