Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Mid-Level Technical Interior Designer for our Houston, TX office. The role focuses on translating client needs into cohesive interior design solutions with moderate supervision, producing 2D/3D drawings and supporting technical direction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Interior Design, 5+ years of experience, and licensure progression. Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and collaboration across disciplines is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field is required.
• Licensed or pursuing Interior Design licensure is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred.
• Portfolio and sample drawings required.
• Proficiency in BIM, Revit, and coordination with disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all project phases from concept to construction documents.
• Collaborate with design teams, clients, consultants, and vendors to meet objectives.
• Produce design and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Lead project delivery team to meet schedule and quality goals.
• Advocate for design excellence and sustainable practices.
