Job summary

Ernest-Gordon-Recruitment-Limited is seeking a Drafter/Architectural Designer to join a forward-thinking construction firm delivering large-scale projects such as stadiums, hospitals, airports and data centres. You will develop BIM coordination, support digital fabrication and model-to-production alignment, and help drive adoption of modern BIM workflows across teams.

With 2–5+ years in BIM or 3D modelling, strong Revit skills and a degree in a related field, you’ll contribute to innovative

Qualifications

2–5+ years of BIM, digital construction or 3D modelling within construction or manufacturing.
Proficiency in Revit; Navisworks, Rhino/Grasshopper, Inventor, SolidWorks or CAM tools desirable.
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Technology, or related field with understanding of parametric design and construction processes.
Innovative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to drive adoption of new digital workflows.

Responsibilities

Develop and support coordination and delivery across major construction projects.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM workflows and improve project execution.
Support digital fabrication and model-to-production alignment, applying knowledge of tolerances and sequencing.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement, including coordination, clash detection, and model validation using Navisworks.
