Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the implementation of the Digital Project Delivery strategy across projects. The role provides technical leadership, supports project teams, and ensures BIM processes are followed from pre-contract through to handover.

Essential experience includes multi-disciplinary BIM workflows, at least 5 years on complex projects, and expertise with Revit, Navisworks and collaboration tools. Competitive salary and development opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, Computing, Architecture or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650, BS 1192 and PAS 1192 standards.
• Full membership of relevant professional institution desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM kick-off meetings with consultants and specialist designers.
• Set up and manage BIMCollab for clash and issue management.
• Drive DPD strategy implementation across projects from pre-contract to handover.
• Provide hands-on training and upskilling for project teams.
• Support audits, lessons learned and sharing of best practices.
