Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a BIM Detailer to support Building Information Modeling and Virtual Design & Construction coordination for electrical infrastructure projects.

You will work with Project Managers, engineers, and field teams to develop, coordinate, and maintain 3D models, drawings, and construction documentation to ensure constructability and alignment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BIM/VDC or drafting, proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam, and a collaborative,

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in a BIM, VDC, or drafting role, preferably within electrical or construction environments.
• Strong proficiency with Revit
• Navisworks (coordination and clash detection)
• Bluebeam
• Inventor (preferred)
• Experience working with 3D models, construction drawings, and coordination workflows
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, project-driven environment
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Support and participate in BIM coordination and clash detection processes using industry‑leading software
• Develop and maintain 3D models and construction drawings for electrical infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and field teams to resolve design conflicts and constructability issues
• Assist with model integration, updates, and version control across project phases
