Job summary

Poutrix is seeking a BIM Designer to join our Water Design team in Columbus, OH. This hybrid position involves creating engineering drawings and models and requires a minimum of five years of CAD and BIM experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

The ideal candidate will produce high-quality engineering drawings, manage project workloads, and work effectively with local and remote teams. Comprehensive benefits are included, along with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience working in CAD and BIM.
• Ability to work with facility MEP system drawings.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Updating and creating drawings for site development and construction details using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Producing floor plans, elevations, and schedules in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Managing workload throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2016 or newer)

Proficiency in Revit

Strong knowledge of CAD and BIM standards

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

Background in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related field

Tools
