Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in CAD and BIM.
• Proficiency in CAD/BIM standards and dealing with MEP drawings, asset hierarchies, and O&M documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a collaborative, multi-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Update and create drawings for site development, grading, utilities, and mechanical plans using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.
• Maintain site record drawings and comply with CAD/BIM standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and remote teams to ensure timely delivery of construction documents.
• Manage workload across project lifecycle to meet deadlines.
