Job summary

Poutrix is seeking a skilled BIM Designer in White Plains, NY to oversee BIM work on select projects. The successful candidate will assist Senior BIM Designers and Engineers with 3D models and 2D contract documents, primarily for Water, Wastewater, and Resiliency Projects.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in model development procedures. The role offers a competitive salary between $80,000 - $110,000 and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401K.

• 5 years of experience in BIM and VDC functionality for design/construction.
• Extensive understanding of model development procedures.
• Solid knowledge of construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all BIM work on selected projects.
