Hazen and Sawyer is looking for a Principal CAD/BIM Designer in Cincinnati, OH to develop mechanical BIM models for water and wastewater projects. You'll collaborate with project managers and engineers, coordinating design submittals, and ensuring compliance with CAD/BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk FORMA.
• 7+ years of relevant experience or 10+ years with technical certification.
• Experience leading and coordinating contract drawings.

Responsibilities

• Developing Revit models, families, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with site civil, structural, architectural, HVAC disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and support resolution.

Skills

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit

Hands-on Revit experience

Mentoring early-career designers

Experience collaborating across disciplines

Education

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience

Associate degree/technical certification with 10+ years of relevant experience
