Parametrix seeks a Revit Designer I–IV to support multidisciplinary BIM design for water and wastewater facilities, pump stations, and related infrastructure. You will develop 3D models and documentation, collaborating across disciplines to ensure coordinated deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years using Revit in engineering, architecture, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with multidisciplinary Revit models and coordination.
• Proficient in BIM practices, modeling standards, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CAD and Revit designers, engineers, and technicians to support multidisciplinary project design and delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for water and wastewater facilities, pump stations, and related infrastructure.
• Support Revit modeling and documentation across mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure model integration and detect clashes across disciplines.
• Assist in developing design drawings, plans, sections, details, and technical documentation.
• Apply BIM standards and QC procedures to deliver accurate and coordinated outputs.
• Progressively take on more complex modeling and design responsibilities.
