Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of Revit/BIM experience or 7+ years in electrical construction.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks; ACC experience.
• Proficiency in advanced Revit MEP features and BIM execution plans.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Ability to use digital layout and scanning tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative with leadership potential.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% and work onsite as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models in Revit and Navisworks; manage central models, sheets, views, legends, and schedules.
• Lead or support clash detection, coordination meetings, and resolution processes.
• Conduct job site visits to validate models and identify field solutions; support prefabrication and export layouts.
• Perform quality checks on models and documentation; ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and NEC requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and share lessons learned to improve workflows.
