Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of Revit/BIM experience or 5+ years in electrical construction.
• Working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Ability to use Bluebeam for review and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit models and documentation.
• Set up Revit central models, sheets, views, legends and schedules.
• Import and manage families, filters, and linked coordination files.
• Prepare and issue drawings, revisions, and final record drawings.
• Coordinate with project teams to align BIM with construction requirements.
