Performance Contracting Group in Anaheim, CA, seeks a Design Engineer with strong BIM coordination experience to support the Los Angeles Interior 557 project. You will facilitate meetings, manage BIM logistics, and ensure design documents are coordinated across teams.

Requirements include 5+ years CAD design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture, Revit and Navisworks, and a relevant degree. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits with ESOP and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of computer-aided drafting and design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Architecture or Engineering.
• Ability to understand design and document coordination.
• Proficient MS Excel & Word; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings.
• Coordinate BIM logistics and contracts and emails.
• Review design documents and resolve coordination conflicts.
• Run clash detection on federated model.
• Prepare clash reports and coordinate meetings with operations staff.
• Liaise with engineers, architects and clients as needed.
