Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking a BIM Manager for its Los Angelas Interior 557 operations in Anaheim, CA. The role focuses on coordinating BIM workflows, managing clashes, and ensuring design coordination across architecture and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years CAD/BIM experience, proficiency with AutoCAD Architecture 2015, Revit and Navisworks, and a relevant bachelor’s degree. This is a full-time on-site position in Anaheim with bonus potential and ESOP

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in computer assisted drafting and design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture 2015, Revit and Navisworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Architecture or Engineering fields

Responsibilities

• Facilitate BIM Coordination meetings
• Coordinate BIM logistics (Contracts, Emails, File sharing, etc.)
• Review and document design coordination conflicts
• Run and analyze clash detection on federated model
• Communicate conflicts in model; real and potential
• Prepare and distribute clash reports to facilitate coordination
• Schedule and facilitate coordination meetings with operations staff
• Facilitate subcontractor communication in and out of meetings
• Facilitate sign off and submittal of coordinated area
• Site inspection and liaising with trade contractors
• Meet with engineers, architects and/or clients to review models as needed
